Screening is mandatory but I assure you that I hold your privacy as dear as I do my own. You have a few options to choose from and they are listed below:
ID & a Selfie: A simple selfie with a government issued ID showing your full name, date of birth, and photo. You may block out all other information on your ID.
Employment Verification via LinkedIn, company website, etc: LinkedIn must display your photo with sufficient information and 200+ connections or endorsements from other professional profiles. Alternatively, if you have a profile on your company’s website with a photo and your full name, that may be sufficient. In some cases I may ask for email verification. I will request that you send an email from your company account (no Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to my discreet, unassociated email address which will be provided. You will not receive a response to your work email address.
References: A minimum of 2 references from companions you have seen within the past 12 months. Please be sure your references are aware I will be reaching out and allow them enough time to respond before our date. Simply include links to their websites or active ads.
